At Nomad Coffee Club, we want you to love every brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain unopened and equipment is in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
