How do I manage my coffee subscription?

You can easily pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled roast date.

Where does Nomad Coffee Club source its beans?

We source high-quality, ethically traded beans from sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. Every batch is roasted in small quantities to ensure maximum freshness.

When will my coffee be shipped?

To ensure peak flavor, we roast our beans to order. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days and shipped via standard ground shipping, arriving in 3-5 days.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee?

While we recommend purchasing whole beans to preserve aroma and flavor, we do offer several grind settings including Drip, Espresso, and French Press upon request.

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team for a replacement.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Yes! We offer prepaid gift subscriptions for 3, 6, or 12-month durations. You can include a personalized message and choose the exact date the first bag should be sent.
